Terms and Conditions: Prices shown for packages are
per person and
are subject to availability and change. A deposit of $250 per person is required for
booking a package. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. For
cancellations of 91 days or more prior to departure, you will receive a
full refund of all funds received, less a $79 per person processing
fee. 90 to 61 days prior to tour date, a $250 per person fee is
charged. 60 to 31 days prior to tour date, 50% of the tour cost is
charged. 30 days or less prior to tour date, there is no refund.
The
customer is also responsible for cancellation penalties imposed by
airlines or other transportation carriers. We recommend you consider
some form of trip cancellation protection available. All cancellations
must be faxed in writing to the tour operator.
Those
choosing not to use the
scheduled airport transfers must arrange
transportation
at their own expense.

solely as an agent for the respective suppliers and shall not be
responsible for any loss or damage to property or death or injury to
person, resulting from an act or omission of any supplier or any other
person or entity or cause by strike, war, weather, sickness or any
other cause beyond its reasonable control. Sale of the services for
which service is provided shall be deemed made by the actual providers
of such services and not by Country Music Travel LLC. Under no
circumstances is Country Music Travel LLC to be construed as a carrier
under contract for safe carriage of the passenger or his or her baggage
and belongings. Acceptance of the services of Country Music Travel LLC
constitutes acceptance of all of the foregoing. Participants expressly
waive all rights which he or she may have against Country Music Travel
LLC in
connection with the foregoing.
