DEPOSITS
and PAYMENTS
A $50 per person deposit
is required to confirm reservations. Balance is due 30 days prior to
arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of travel require full
payment. Full payment may be required earlier depending on the hotel
restrictions or special events. Payments
accepted by check, money order or most major credit cards. All prices
are $US and subject to change and availability.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
Cancellation received 30
days or more prior to arrival will receive a refund less a $10 per
person, per package cancellation fee. Cancellation received 30-15 days
prior to arrival will receive a refund, less a $25 per person, per
package cancellation fee. Cancellations received 14 days or less prior
to arrival will be subject to fees in excess of the $25 per person, per
package cancellation fee based on any cancellation fees imposed by any
supplier of component parts of the package. Refunds will be made only
after the original vouchers are returned to our office. Vouchers must
be returned within two weeks of travel dates. Unused or partially used
features of the package are nonrefundable. Special Event packages are
subject to higher cancellation fees before 30 days prior to arrival.

shown are based on specific dates of travel and are subject to
availability. Special Event and Holiday Packages prices and policies
may vary. Charges imposed by hotels for items such as telephone calls,
parking, or amenities are not included in package prices.
Country
Music Travel LLC acts solely as an agent for the respective suppliers
and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to property or
death or injury to person, resulting from an act or omission of any
supplier or any other person or entity or cause by strike, war,
weather, sickness or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.
Sale of the services for which service is provided shall be deemed made
by the actual providers of such services and not by Country Music
Travel LLC. Under no circumstances is Country Music Travel LLC to be
construed as a carrier under contract for safe carriage of the
passenger or his or her baggage and belongings. Acceptance of the
services of Country Music Travel LLC constitutes acceptance of all of
the foregoing. Participants expressly waive all rights which he or she
may have against Country Music Travel LLC in connection with the
foregoing.
