Don't miss  Timber-r-r! Tower which spins riders atop a 65' pole that tilts up to 60 degrees, narrowly missing the dicey water below. The littlest of lumberjacks will enjoy the new Lil' Loggers Landing, an exciting interactive play area just for children 48" and under.

Splash Country, a separate park adjacent to Dollywood requiring separate admission offers waterfalls, winding streams and white water adventures for the whole family! CANCELLATION and REFUNDS: Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $10 per person, per package cancellation fee. For cancellations received 29 to 15 days prior to arrival the cancellation fee is $25 per person, per package.

For cancellations received 14 days or less prior to arrival may be subject to fees in excess of the $25 per person, per package cancellation fee based on any cancellation fees imposed by any supplier of component parts of the package. Refunds will be made only after the original vouchers are returned. Vouchers must be returned within two weeks of travel dates. Unused or partially used features of the package are nonrefundable.


DEPOSITS and PAYMENTS: A $50 per person deposit is required to confirm reservations. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of travel require full payment. Full payment may be required earlier depending on the hotel restrictions or special events.

Special Event and Holiday Packages prices and policies may vary. Charges imposed by hotels for items such as telephone calls, parking, or amenities are not included in package prices.

Country Music Travel LLC acts solely as an agent for the respective suppliers and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to property or death or injury to person, resulting from an act or omission of any supplier or any other person or entity or cause by strike, war, weather, sickness or any other cause beyond its reasonable control. Sale of the services for which service is provided shall be deemed made by the actual providers of such services and not by Country Music Travel LLC. Under no circumstances is Country Music Travel LLC to be construed as a carrier under contract for safe carriage of the passenger or his or her baggage and belongings. Acceptance of the services of Country Music Travel LLC constitutes acceptance of all of the foregoing. Participants expressly waive all rights which he or she may have against Country Music Travel LLC in connection with the foregoing.
