Prices are total for two people (Couple) or four persons (Family) sharing a room. Package prices do not include transportation, any parking fees imposed by hotels and attractions, telephone calls or any amenity not included in the listed package inclusions.
All prices are shown in US$. Individual package rates and inclusions are accurate at the time of publishing and subject to change without notice. Prices, shows and attractions listed are based on specific dates of travel and are subject to availability.

Payments Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, company checks, personal checks, money orders, cashiers checks for individual travelers. Please send company checks, personal checks, money orders or cashiers checks for groups.
Cancellation Policy (Ask about cancellation insurance)
- Individual Travelers:
There is a 10% cancellation fee if reservations must be cancelled between booking date and 10 days before arrival.
Cancellations 5 – 9 days prior receive partial refund.
No refunds under 4 days or for early departures.
Actual cancellation policy can vary if you include specific lodging or shows that have stricter policies. Your exact cancellation policy will appear on your confirmation letter. In an emergency we do try to see what we can do for you.
- Entire Group:
In general if a group cancels more than 65 days prior to scheduled arrival there is a $50 cancellation fee. This may change depending on hotels, shows or attractions included. The exact cancellation policy for your group will be listed on your contract.
- Individual Cancellations (when part of a group):
If you receive a cancellation from a member of your group after you have paid us in full but before we make the final payments (generally 3 – 10 days prior to arrival) we may be able to refund to you as long as you are still above minimum numbers. This is for an emergency situation only for a maximum of 1 – 2 rooms.
As hotel / theatre / restaurant policies vary, we will let you know if a full or partial refund is possible.
